Program terms and conditions

1. Eligibility. Participation in UsabilityHub/Lyssna’s (”the Company”) Referral Program ("Program") is open to all existing users of UsabilityHub/Lyssna ("Referrers"). UsabilityHub/Lyssna Employees and Partners are not eligible to participate.

2. Referral Link. Each Referrer will receive a unique referral link. This link must be used by the Referrer to invite new users ("Referred Users") to sign up for a paid subscription with the Company.

3. Referral Rewards. For each paid subscription that is created by a Referred User through the Referrer's unique link, the Referrer will receive a US$50 Tremendous gift card. The gift card will be subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing entity. Sign-ups must convert to a paid subscription within 90 days of signing up as a new user to be eligible.

4. Account Creation. The Referred User must sign up using the Referrer's unique link for the Referrer to be eligible for the reward. Accounts created without using the referral link will not be considered for the Program.

5. No Spam. Referrers must not engage in any spamming activities when sharing their unique referral link. This includes but is not limited to, unsolicited emails or messages.

6. Limitation on Rewards. There is no cap on the number of rewards a Referrer can receive. This cap may be subject to change at the discretion of the Company.

7. Termination and Changes. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Program or change the terms and conditions at any time without notice. In the event of Program termination, any outstanding rewards earned up to the Program termination date will be honored. The Company reserves the right to terminate a Referrer's involvement in the program at any time without notice if abuse of the Program is suspected.

8. Compliance with Laws. All participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Failure to comply will result in immediate disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of any pending rewards.

9. No Transfer of Rewards. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.

10. Tax Liability. All tax liabilities arising from the receipt of rewards are the sole responsibility of the Referrer.

11. Disputes. Any disputes related to the Program will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Company.

12. Acceptance of Terms. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
