Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to all Lyssna users who complete our 2025 survey.

• Employees of Lyssna, its agents, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 9 AM AEST on 13 Dec 2024 and closes at 1 PM AEST on 20 Dec 2024.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Complete our 2025 online survey.

• Only one submission per person is permitted.

5. Prizes

The total prize pool is valued at USD$300 and consists of the following prizes:

• 3 x Visa gift card valued at USD$100 each

6. Prize Draw

• The draw will take place at 2 PM AEST on 20 Dec 2024.

• Winners will be chosen at random via a computer-generated draw.

7. Winner Notification

• Winners will be notified by email within 5 days of the draw.

• The winners’ names will also be published www.lyssna.com/legal/2025-survey-terms-conditions on 23 Dec 2024.

8. Claiming Prizes

• The winner will be emailed their prize by 5 PM AEST on 20 Dec 2024.

10. Disclaimers

• The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, delays, or issues affecting participation.
