Simplify research recruitment with saved demographic groups
Our saved demographic groups feature makes it quick and easy to recruit participants from the Lyssna research panel.
We’re excited to launch a much-wanted feature in Lyssna: Saved demographic groups. This new feature is designed to make your recruitment process easier, enabling you to place orders from the Lyssna research panel more efficiently than ever before.
This is useful if, for example, you’re doing brand research and want to know how your target audience’s opinion changes over time. Or if you want to test new product or feature iterations with specific groups based on their preferences or behavior. You can save these groups and easily recruit them across multiple orders, or use them the next time you test.
With saved groups, you can save and reuse often-used demographic combinations across your whole account. All team members can easily find these saved demographics, making recruitment smoother and more consistent.
How to create a saved demographic group
Creating a saved demographic group is simple. When placing an order, choose your participant requirements from the options on the left. There are 395 demographic and psychographic filters, like country, age, education, industry, occupation, financial products, shopping, technology, hobbies, and interests. You can select the ones that match your target audience.
After choosing who you want to reach, go to the right-hand side of the page. Here, you’ll see your choices, along with the option to “Create a saved group.” Clicking this button lets you name and save your choices for future use. Once you’re done, you can submit your order.
How to place an order with a saved demographic group
When you're ready to place an order, go to the Demographics section. There, you can choose from your saved demographic groups. Click on "Select a saved group" to see all the groups in your account.
In the window that pops up, you can choose a group and apply it to your order. If needed, you can also change the name of a group or delete it. To do this, click on the three dots. After selecting a group, you can check the details on the right side of the screen. Here, you can make any changes or remove options.
When you’re happy with your choices, just click the "Create a saved group" button. This will either update the existing group or make a new one. With your saved group ready, you can then submit your order as usual.
